More bad news for those playing the home game

Quote from stock777:

hey lol, are you the guy that bought the GS algos they stole?

Pfft, those algos are a joke.

The way I make money is by putting a piece of code into the broker to figure out what you specifically are doing. When you buy, I just buy in front of you. Then when you get the bad fill and want to cut losses, I turn around and offer liquidity to take your sell. I then wait for your anti-automated trading posts on ET, have a hearty chuckle, and then repeat.

Every now and then, I let you win. Then I bleed you out over the next 4-5 trades. Rinse, repeat.

I just got hold of lo's best algo, written in Atari Basic and run on an Atari 400 with 16k of ram.

100 IF UPTICK BUY

200 IF DOWNTICK SELL

300 GOTO 100

lol

Whats really funny is I detected these boxes doing shit YEARS ago when most of the clowns here didn't even notice it.

Now everyone and his brother is talking about dark pools, algos, and the rest of the crap.

I've noticed something else, but only my $50k a year pay site gets that.

Quote from Ticketwatcher:

A good trade is a good trade and every day there are more opportunities than I have the capital or the ability to take full advantage of.

I love watching major league baseball because in order to be a successful pitcher or hitter you constantly have to make adjustments without going away from the strengths which brought you to the majors.

So it is with day trading which accounts for 90 per cent of my current trading, you constantly have to make adjustments. I ONLY trade the NYSE listed stocks as I have for over 15 years.

Excellent analogy and post.
