More Anti-Trump Messages Reportedly Sent By Mueller's Team: "A Lot More Is Going To Come Out"

The point isn't whether you gave only $200 to a political candidate, but that you are supposed to be impartial in your quest for justice, and these donations imply that you cannot be.

It's really simple.

A businessman giving to both sides to support his ventures in business and a senior DOJ official giving to one side, and then investigating the other doesn't amount to the same thing. At all. On any planet.

Good so if you get a ticket from a cop you should object on the grounds he is a registered democrat.

Republican police only for Tsing Tao?

You can try to play this in any fashion that suits you, but you know it isn't the same thing. I mean, if you're being honest with yourself. If you just want to be snarky and don't want an honest discussion, no worries. I'll just go about my business.

A policeman pulling me over for a speeding ticket, because he caught me speeding, is not the same thing as a senior justice department official investigating the other candidate that ran against the one he voted for and donated to.

What do you expect, for them to not vote to remain impartial? To not have an opinion outside of work?

The real question is why was Mueller's team stacked with anti-Trump Clinton loyalists? Why were the supposedly non-political FBI agents rabid anti-Trump zealots? We are supposed to believe Mueller and McCabe didn't know that?

This thing stinks from top to bottom. It is beginning to look like another Mueller/Comey screwup.

It's because his real title is "Special Impeachment Counsel"-----SIC

The best way to remain impartial is to not know anything. But even so, I still wouldn't want all judges and lawyers to be Republicans.

That's exactly what I expect. When you take a certain position, you should give up the option to do anything that might make you impartial. Voting is a bit extreme, but certainly expecting them not to donate to a candidate isn't a stretch.

This is the same argument for CEOs and other execs of big companies that wade into politically charged topics. They get paid to not take a side, so they shouldn't.

Put it up for a vote and get it in the books. Let's see which side lobbies against it.
