Maybe but my guess is they run up some more ( eg TLRY is down 15% from recent highs ), on the chances that the vote will pass ( even if it's less then 50% chance of passing ).

it's still kind of unbelievable; here in Colorado we have lots of retail stores, you can go in and see jars of buds for sale, plus gummies, drinks, candy, etc. it's a $6+B industry here. kind of like a dream lol #doesntinhale

Here in California the taxes are absurdly high -- something like 40-50% so the mom & pop growers are SOL. The black market aka the local dealer is a lot cheaper from what I've heard. Unless the corrupt SF bay area politicians reduce their greed the pot business will continue to be run by the large players.

I mean my roommate in 1987 when I went to Cal was growing it in our dorm room along with shrooms.
