That is so not true, there is also an active volcano.

Well, I agree, probably prefer Dubai for half the year. Shorter flight back and forth from Europe. Nice gyms. Nightlife? Nice temperature during the winter. Zero tax and I will be able to supplement my IB account with Schwab.
