Maybe Jitney Groups, but cannot confirm it and the terms of that. I suspect it because the firm is base on floor traders that come from the Montreal Exchange and start this private room. Since then they have extended the service for remote traders, but the pro trading is their mainstream.
I have seen that Tradefreedom and Disnatdirect attempted to do prop trading, but I don't know the status in the moment, jsut contact them.
