There will be more of this sort of thing. Here's an example from the past in Bolivia by Bechtel, the corp told people they didn't own the rain water that fell on their roofs at one point.

People are sure the next wars will be over oil/ hard commodities needed for mfg. It's just as likely they will be over water and food, incredible as that may seem at the moment.

If people allow it to happen it will happen. They will go as far people let them.

I think this is being paraphrased and misconstrued.

(2) require that each person (excluding farms and restaurants) who manufactures, processes, packs, distributes, receives, holds, or imports an article of food permit inspection of his or her records if the Secretary believes that there is a reasonable probability that the use of or exposure to such food will cause serious adverse health consequences or death.
