Correct. Seems like after they found all those votes for Trump, they wanted Biden to retain his lead so they added all those extra votes.

The problem with recounts in the states/counties that used Dominion software is that there is no hand-marked ballot. Rather, the voter enters their choices on the machine and the machine marks a ballot that gets turned in.
