O operator May 1, 2008 #1 I have 3 dell 19in flat screens and 1 of them blacked out and has a screen saver that says "Dell - Self Test Feature Check - Red - Green-Blue-White". Is there a way for me to fix it? or do I need to buy a new monitor?

G gnome May 1, 2008 #2 Go into Display/Settings and see if the monitor has become "greyed out". If so, reactivate. Unplug and reseat video cards. If that doesn't work, uninstall/reinstall the driver. Try swapping positions of the non-working monitor to another video card.

O operator May 1, 2008 #3 ok, thanks. it looks like its a bad cable line connecting my monitor to my computer. i moved this weekend and it must have gotten screwed up. i put in 1 of my other cable lines and the monitor works fine.
