Personally, I'd replace Money with Passion in your quote above. There are many people in the world who make a lot of money doing a job they hate, and there are many people who are constantly trying to earn more doing whatever they can think of, but no matter how much they make, there's still a feeling of emptiness. In either case, solely using money as the fuel for why you do what you do is a dead-end road from a happiness perspective.
I can see the value in replacing money with passion in the quote. Finding fulfillment in what we do is indeed crucial for long-term happiness and success.
