MON: Monsanto PR Firm Reportedly ‘Ended’ by Anonymous

It seems that Monsanto may be having a rough week. Not only was the company hit by a press release declaring them the worst company of 2011, but a group of Anonymous hackers claim to have actually completely disrupted the operations of a PR firm which manages Monsanto’s own PR. The hackers infiltrated the PR firm, known as The Biving Group, due to “15+ years of running marketing campaigns and helping some of the most corrupt corporations on the planet, as well as several governmental agencies, cover up their dirt.”


One week after the hackers infiltrated their system, The Bivings Group reportedly stated:

“Our Cyber Infrastructure has recently been put under attack. We are evaluating the extent of the intrusion, and apologise for any downtime and issues this may cause you. It is not yet determined what the motives behind the attack are, or what, if any data has been compromised. We will continue to keep you up to date, and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.”

The hackers claimed to have succeeded in bringing down The Bivings Group on December 5th . Going by information released by Anonymous, Bivings Group shut down all of their servers and liquidated their assets after the infiltration, while former employees moved on to start ‘The Brick Factory’, a new PR firm. The hackers actions are obviously driven by the PR firm’s decision to help run marketing campaigns and for corrupt corporations like Monsanto.

Monsanto is the embodiment of evil. The sooner everybody that works for that firm dies, the better the world will be. What's disgusting is that young people just out of college will betray all that's good and right just for a paycheck. I don't blame Monsanto, their nature is just naturally evil and there is nothing they can do about it, but I blame the unprincipaled people who work for them. (and that includes a few good farmboys who I'm related to.)
 
You go to India and some of the most successful men go from village to village and convert young beautiful girls into prostitutes and make a lot of money. Monsanto does the same things with seeds.

fyi i think monsanto is evil incarnate, but if there waving 200k at me when i graduate, i might listen
 
in no way shape or form will i defend monsanto....but how is that different than apple and its patents? monsanto/dupont/syngenta/apple/microsoft they are all the same....their mode of innovation happens to be a crop

those seeds aint cheap to develop either

dupont is just lucky the media goes after monsanto and notitself

Instead of spending time looking at links, you could try using your head for 30 seconds.

Does it make sense to eat a plant, that produces pesticide (poison) within their own cells.

Does that make sense as food?
 
First of all, one of the only reasons i would give them my ear is so i COULD take care of my mother's health. I've got a hierarchy of priorities and the benefit of mankind is below my family unfortunately.


Secondly, those arguments you list are completely ridiculous. For one, if you think complicated matters such as the world food supply can be summed up in a 10 minute youtube video, thanks. I've seen all the videos, read all the articles. Amounts to outliers and shock journalism (think michael moore).

No patents, who is going to innovate? Yes, i have already agreed monsanto is evil. No, not everything they do is terrible. Yes, they are evil for thinking you can patent any niche biological phenomenon.

I dare you call up some farmers and ask them if they want to grow conventional seeds or GMO seeds.

Use my head? I believe i am. I'm pretty sure if one could conclusively link eating food processed from GMO seeds, they'd have about 3 nobel prizes sitting in their lap.

My simple advice to you is, dont eat or drink anything processed then.

But careful, that computer your typing on emits radiation (a poison of sorts, if you will.)
