*Sigh*The point of the thread is to highlight that instead of being unproductive and BORED at a gym, if one is a thinker/creative artist etc, one can achieve high levels of fitness through other activities while gaining valuable skills and making things worth money.
There's that word again: "bored." But we've already dealt with that one (you're doing too long and not hard enough).
And now "unproductive"?! Where does it end?
I would argue that, depending on the objective, the kind of exercise you would find boring (because you didn't do it hard enough
