If that doesn't hold, the next support level I see is:

1.618 = 54.84
2.618 = 54.26
3.618 = 53.68

Just FYI but I'm taking home URI over the weekend and holding for a swing, I like the source behind this rumor and feel it can still get bought out for around $40

The URI rumor is coming from a very strong source and I will be holding it for a swing -- I believe it can get taken out in the $40's.
