He clearly rolls up his left sleeve, although we don't see it actually going in. He then complains the next day of soreness in his right arm. Blatant lies.

So she doesn't draw up the injection into the syrimge from a vial. Therefore I guess this has already been done in advance and the syringe is loaded and lying there on the table. But she doesn't appear to examine the syring to see if it is loaded and in the correct amount. What is it they have been saying about the required sub zero temperatures required? How long can a vial or loaded syringe just lay around at room temp? Is it harmful to be injected with a substance that cold?
