MOC order not Filled

My MOC order was submitted at 10 AM and cancelled at 4:00:10 PM...

Bullshit. IB should have routed that OTC MOC order to super montage (SM) to get the print. You got f`d pal...make some calls. Although its probably to late now...you should have been on them like white on rice @ 4:01 asking where you`re fill was. Did they even give you a reason it was cancelled?
 
Turn on auditing in TWS to see the audit trails yourself. It keeps them for a week. I back them up in my startup script so I have them permanently.

Where is the Option to turn on Audit in TWS?
 
ok, I find it :) , Audit Trail was enabled.
But with the View menu, I've only the present day, not the days before...
Is there a way to have them?
 
In your TWS directory, under the dxxxxxxx directory, there are files like Ddd.audit.xml.html where Ddd is the day of the week. Open them with a browser (e.g. by double-clicking on them in Explorer). xml is the summary view, xmls is the detail view.

IB: Feature suggestion: Put a selector in TWS to see other days.
