The day they figure out how to put a powerful chip in a fanless design will be a great day indeed.I will most likely be returning the Yoga 2. So far, I'd say it's a piece of sh*t.
- Very loud fan just from basic surfing with IE. At worst, it's like a jet engine. Bringing this to a public library would be disrespecful, if not illegal.
- It's slow just with basic suring in IE and no other programs open.
- Writing this post, the printing of the letters actually lag my touches.
I spent more money than I initially planned and was expecting to get a great computer, but this is completely unacceptable. Not sure what my replacement will be.
You may have got a unit with a defective fan or bad temperature sensor which is causing it. I am not defending Lenovo, but personal experience with other computers

Well, my old Asus Zenbook had an i5 and it was virtually noise-free. At least compared to this.
The new M-processors are fanless, but I'm not sure they're powerful enough to suit my needs.
Most likely, I will go for an Asus Zenbook.
Keep us updated on what you get. I am also looking for a decent light laptop that works well for trading
