I opened an IB account today, every time I login on the mobile app, I select "Live" but it gives me an error to the effect of "This is not a brokerage account. This is a paper trading account used for simulated trading", however I set up an actual brokerage account, requested a debit card, selected IB Pro, all that.
Is there something in the account setup I did wrong or will I need to contact support to correct this issue?
