This Doug mofo should be reported. He cannot be, as he claims, a FOF manager if he or his outfit are unregulated.

Also this guy is SMALL TIME but imagines he should be rubbing shoulders with the 'Mr Big's of this world. It is written all over his silly face. Apart from his outward smarm and false flattery, he can show an arrogance of the frustrated small-timer.

He is a nobody mis-using the time and attention of others, no matter how misguided they may be in their hope. Generally though I just LMAO at this loser.

I'm with you, I don't think there is anything to go with here, unless something actually happens. There is nothing binding, signed, or exchanged, no harm has occured, so I find it hard to believe it would go anywhere. It sounds so much like a scam that I would love to hear of him gettting nailed before he gets started, but doubt there is anything at this point.
