This sounds a bit sketchy but in today's world anything is possible.

I've been saying for the past year the migrants are not brought here (and everywhere) to win elections (as Musk & others are saying). I've always been under the impression they're imported to cause total chaos when things start getting out of control. Destroy the country so they can get control of us. Electric grid going black is the start IMO but just a guess as I've heard no one else mention it.
This story below is another possibility I suppose but I doubt the immigrants are going to be easy to control by their masters that imported them.
