There is a huge bug in Opentick's subscriber agreement online:

I am unable to get past this screen.
I agree to everything, and then hit the "agree" button and it just takes me back to the same screen....resetting all fields to "disagree".

Did you type in your name as the signature? I had to re-sign up with OT today and didn't have any problem submitting my application.
