I don't see anything in here about minimizing the noise that would require sophisticated mathematics and this is just a bunch of nonsense
 
I'm sure. There are a few PhD reports explaining exactly why technical analysis is for fools an idiot and it's no better than reading tea leaves casting chicken bones or whatever
