This is my Future Trading Journal.

I have a small account with ~4200$ and will start trading appropriate Equity Index Futures from tommorow on.

I intend to post my trades live in this thread.

At the moment I'm going to stick with YM and QQQQ.

You dont have much wiggle room, with a money management policy of 2% of account equity, and trading one contract you have 16 points on the Dow Mini to risk.

Two percent is on the high side IMO, I will only risk half a percent per trade.

You need $10,000 min to trade the Dow index futures. This will give you some breathing room.

To do it right 20k.
