Kind of off topic but would you guys recommend a beginning trader to trade the ES or YM to start off? Im thinking swing trading 1 contract to start. Any help for a newbie would be most appreciated

Some will say that since the point moves are smaller on the YM, the YM is the way to go. At 1 contract liquidity is not an issue, so I would go with the market you are more comfortable with.
