Mini Dow Index Future jumping

This contract is acting very strange, jumping up an down 5-10 price levels quickly. I just cant seem to get a handle on this quirky action.

Bid and offers all getting pulled very quickly. Is their something wrong with IB am I the only on seeing this?
 
Dow futures contract was going nuts jumping 10 points up and down as bid and offers were being pulled this morning. All this time ES and NQ were acting pretty normal. YM got way ahead of the other two contracts on very very light volume.

I am going to lay off trading this contract, as it appears it is loosing alot of volume, which is causing to to spike with little to no real volume.
