I was with one of the Top guys from EOG (will remain nameless as this site is Nit wit central)

I was talking to him at lunch about "Raising" monies for the industry and see if he needed my services. He politely declined but we continued with a great conversation.

Some facts for you idiots on this site who Love to SCREAM about how we need socialism.

1. A security guard, sitting in a trailer on Rig Site.....(They prefer couples)-pay up to 300 a day.

2. Drivers- Willing to train if you do not know how and pay for training- Starting off at 90 to 110 to transport Oil from the Battery Tanks to the refineries or to the main Pipe lines.

3. Ruff Necks-they are willing to train now...which hardly ever happens. Start of 60k up to 100k and bonuses.

4. Sales People- For all kinds of equipment etc to sell to the Oil industry- Base pay 34-50 Plus commission.


These are just some examples.


SO FUCK THE REST OF COUNTRY! If you'r unemployed and willing to work and want to make some good money....Google Oil Jobs in Texas.

The rest of you scum bags can hit the streets, live of the tit, or continue to work your dead end jobs. Just keep voting in those Anti-capitalist, Socialism loving Scum bags that run most of your states.


And for you true idiots on this site...OIL is where wealth came from at the start of this country. And not just from Rockerfella him self but from people who worked on rigs, made money, learned the industry and broke off on their own to drill.

Texas a nanny state, has no casinos, how can people who love economic freedom live in a state with no casinos? Texas, which has no income tax has much higher alcohol taxes to make up the difference. I have lived in Texas twice, I like it, jackalope running around everywhere:D , am thinking of moving back, but no casinos man:mad:

A few job postings really don't mean anything. The Australian experience is that I have heard a lot of folks talking about getting into mining due to the loaded salary as well as massive youth unemployment, but in reality I have yet to see anyone that has actually gotten in. I have seen some ridiculous industry cross over though, mainly due to having the right connections, or the female employees are hot. I can rest assured any of you the situation will be similar in America. Remember the lesson learn in trading? During a 'gold rush', the guys who sell the shovels make most of the money. Here, the shovel is mining training and education. Yeah, you read that right. Mining jobs are not really no-skill anyone can do jobs as commonly propagated.

Any attempt in villifying the OWS movement is mostly based on blind belief of one being superior than the 'welfare sucker' because one just happen to have a job, maybe even an underemployed minimum wage one. That belief is simply not true. There are lots of folks who want to work but there is simply no jobs. Human beings have breaking points. You cannot just keep applying for jobs for a very long time knowing that there just aren't much on the market. Eventually you will give up looking for jobs.

The world is at a breaking point, not just America. The sooner you embrace the inevitable changing tide, the better off you will be.
