Apparently, he's CFA #600something of billions & billions now worldwide (all taught the same graham & dodd stuff that works every 7-10 yrs at cycle lows). Same nonsense force-fed into every b-school student's head.
[As an aside: Salomon Bros Sales & Trading '90 class before I went back to grad school. The battles I had w/my prof's seriously raged & got very personal...hilarious thinking back on it. Not funny at the time though]
Anyway, it seems he was a pure fundy guy who was shocked & bemused when asset prices deviated from CAPM the horror !!, converted to the dark side - turned pure technician spending his career thereafter seeking tops & bottoms.

i watched the vid thanks he mentions ned davis and i think a lot of ned davis research, they inspired me to look crazy stuff i never would have tried. this guy and ndr are big picture people, i always keep that in mind.
