Millions made, much of the world seen, what now?

In the Reddit thread more people mentioned Grethcen Rubin's books and podcast. Specially The Four Tendencies:

The Four Tendencies will immediately improve every area of your life—and I say this from personal experience. If you’ve been feeling stuck in your relationships, career, health, or self-confidence, understanding your Tendency and how to make it work for you is the game-changer you’ve been looking for.”

"Gretchen Rubin is one of the most thought-provoking and influential writers on the linked subjects of habits, happiness, and human nature. She's the author of many books, including the blockbuster New York Times bestsellers, Better Than Before and The Happiness Project. "
How about a quick resume ?
Most books can be condensed into A4 sheet quite easily.

Thanks @Pekelo, I browsed through Gretchen's stuff since 5am. One of my habits is to get up and work in silence. Good to have at least an hour of the day with just the birds.

I had a look at Gretchen's stuff, it is easy to do things if for somebody else however I quite often hit my own goals usually enough.

Getting stuff done is the important thing and whatever motivational delusions one needs to do that, go with them. :)

I usually go to a book's Amazon page and read a few reviews. Sometimes that is even better than reading the book itself.

Going back to topic, there is a website where one can set goals (weight loss, learning a language, whatever) with time frames and they even have some sort of mentors who keep the person motivated and focused:

Goals, not much of an issue with me realy, what becomes complicated it juggling them sometimes to bring each forward. Just energy at the moment is a root issue however I've been to the doc so lab work will be complete on Tuesday perhaps.

I can take blood myself, it is only $60 a lab test here so I just took another blood sample and will get a two week profile with two day spacing.

I am a short sleeper, so I only do 4 to 4.5 hours naturally. No avoiding that however weight gain is simply normal I expect as we turn silverback.

Hiring a chef/trainer would probably be a good idea. I could have had an avacado (yuck) instead of a Danish for breakfast today. It is quite common in Colombia to have staff.

Knee pain is slowing me from doing much more than walking. I did a lot of damage on day in Africa when I had to haul ass ten miles with a 30 pound rifle, ammo, water etc. in an emergency. Too much weight too fast and knees have never been ok since then.

Surely there choices other than a Danish or avocado for breakfast.

Pastries are not your friend. They look all sweet and innocent, but they're evil.

It is ok, I can eat Danish as I am part Danish. Cannolis I'll grant you are organised food crime.

I guess a thing I can do is get a chef and have the same diet as Don Nicolas, the GF's brother's father-in-law who has been diagnosed with prostate cancer. Low sugar obviously but I recon that can work. Lose weight for sure that way and get a 2-4-1 use of the cook/assistant.

Food solidarity.
