Milk is bad for humans

"Drinking milk may not protect our bones from fractures - and could even increase a person’s risk of dying from heart disease, according to a major new study in Sweden.

In surprising results, an investigation into dietary habits of more than 100,000 people found those who drank more milk were no less likely to break a bone. Among women, higher milk consumption was actually linked to an increased risk of hip fractures.

Even more strikingly, people who drank more than three glasses of milk – around 680ml – per day, were more likely to die over the course of the study, which tracked 60,000 women for 20 years, and 45,000 men for 11 years."

I did read the article, and I noted in my response to you that this study was in children.

But human children and human adults are the same species, and the similarities in physiology certainly are far greater than any differences.

Here is an article originally published in the Journal of the American Medical Association. It discusses the role the sugar industry played in quashing negative data concerning sugar consumption and health and the sugar industry's attempts behind the scenes to vilify dietary fat rather than sugar.

I know you are suspicious of anything published on the internet. However, the internet is just a medium for communication. As are print journals, books, etc. You can't believe everything you read, but you can certainly believe some of it.

So you're implying adult humans need to compete with baby animals for food. My common sense is in play, yours seem questionable...

I'm not recommending anything.
i really wish you 2 stick to your high saturated fat diets. Keep on eating your pound of butter. But you shouldn't promote it for others just because you all read it on the web.

Eating your food slowly , chewing it completely and digesting it with love and in a state of calm is much more important than what you eat. Maybe? No? :D

If you really believe in that, chew a stick of butter slowly, then wash it down with a cup heavy cream, as implied by a few on here. No matter how you interpret your community college nutrition course, no way i would follow your diet.

Why not? It's heaven!

I’m sure it would be better than eating tempeh in a rush under extreme stress like angry.
