Milk is bad for humans

Most of us all like milk and dairy but after middle age cholesterol and other ailments becomes a problem. A lot of them are caused by dairy and excessive animal protein consumption. When is the last time you had your blood test?
Why do you automatically assume full fat when you refer to dairy?

A few months ago, actually. My cholesterol was okay.

Milk, butter, cheese, and cream etc. Love the stuff but at my age none of that stuff is doing me any good other than raise my cholesterol. I've cut down on read meat and remove chicken skin. IMO Almond and coconut milk is much better tasting than skim milk. Plus lost some weight and feel better.

None of those things raise cholesterol levels unless you are in the minority which is hypersensitive to these foods.

My guess you're not a doctor. FYI Dairy increases your LDL. If you don't believe me, go ahead eat a pound of butter daily, drink whole milk, eat lots of red meat while you're at it. Continue doing that your whole life. Have fun hahaha.

No, are you? In any case, doctors are NOT clued up about nutrition and the effect of food on the body.

I am certified in nutrition (scientific stuff, not some bs on the internet) and personal training.

No but there are many family members that are physicians. Nutritionist are like astrologist hahaha. That's another job to be eliminated in the near future.

Firstly, I'm not a practising personal trainer (or nutritionist) so that does not affect me.

But you are wrong in any case. The demand for those who have nutritional and physical training knowledge is set to explode. Trying to compare those people with astrologers is rather stupid.
