October deadliest month for U.S. troops in Afghanistan. 8 US troops die on Tuesday.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - October has been the deadliest month for U.S. troops in Afghanistan since the start of the war in 2001, Pentagon officials said on Tuesday.

The death of eight troops in bomb attacks in southern Afghanistan on Tuesday pushed the October death toll to 53, topping the previous high of 51 deaths in August, officials said.

sigh . . . its terrible that this kind of thing is even something that people are thinking and discussing right now.

Some coup ? I don't know. Another possibility is that those serving would just refuse to follow what they considered unlawful orders since they swear an oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

The problem stems from a government showing signs of tyranny such as abuse of the Patriot Act, goons like Murtha ignoring vote results, attemps to weaken the 2nd amendment, trifling with the Ist Amendment (Obama and Fox news) and the list goes on and on. No wonder organizations like this are cropping up and thank God we have people who will still defend the Constitution.

I would say everyday barry plays golf while soldiers die is one day closer to a military coup.

His inability to make a decision isn't by mistake nor does it have anything to do with the troops. He's systematically trying to dismantle the military and have us defeated and humiliated by the islam lunatics.

Why do you think that Barry wants the country to turn the healthcare system upside down after a month and he's had a year to decide what to do with Afghanistan, never mind that it was one of his campaign pledges, ahh another empty promise by Barry.

I am not a conspiracy person by any stretch but Barry is a shady character with many dubious relationships and the Afghanistan mess he is creating just leaving kids there to die while he does dick is no accident.
