Military Coup Could Oust Obama. Former White House Speechwriter Suggests

Former White House speechwriter John L. Perry has courted controversy by suggesting that the U.S. Military, upholding their oath to defend the Constitution against domestic enemies, could stage a bloodless coup to oust President Obama.

In an article originally posted on the Newsmax website, Perry wrote, “There is a remote, although gaining, possibility America’s military will intervene as a last resort to resolve the “Obama problem.” Don’t dismiss it as unrealistic.”

The article outlines how military officers, outraged at Obama’s “trampling” on the Constitution, nationalization of American institutions, rising deficits, unemployment and taxes, could peaceably seize power from the “radical-left commissars” of the Obama administration.

Perry warns that America could be unrecognizable by 2012, prompting a coup to “restore and defend the Constitution,” a prospect that is “weighing heavily on the intellect and conscience of America’s military leadership,” he writes.

The U.S. Central Intelligence Agency warned in a report that the tough austerity measures and the dire situation could escalate and even lead to a military coup, according to a report by Germany’s popular daily Bild.

If Americans citizens are sleeping then somebody will take serious actions before USA and other countries are unrecognizable in 2012.

Federal Government spending is mandated to be for "the general welfare". When Government directs taxpayer money to an individual or group (and not for the general benefit of all Americans).... that's unconstitutional and against the law... as are earmarks and others. Such "permission" would have to come in the form of an amendment to the Constitution. Who is ignoring the Constitution?

Libya War was also unconstitutional. Why should the Army obey and follow the Constitution and law when the leaders repeatedly break the constitution and law? Perry has written "military officers, outraged at Obama’s “trampling” on the Constitution". Understandably people are angry.

Who is protecting and defending United states of America? If USA army resigns then America will be a banana republic. Who will protect USA?
Army protects the country from external enemies and army should protect the country from internal enemies if law is helpless. Army is the the supreme institution.

The whole world is in serious trouble today because of "employed fools" who earn some money/salary every month and they are not concerned what their leaders are doing to their country and the world. I think there are 45 million unemployed people in USA. Today the whole world is in serious trouble because of "jobs". The multi-trillion bail-outs was directed to save jobs but now many more jobs will be lost. Jobs are the root cause of all the troubles, problems, evils and sins in the society.

In 2007, if 50% of American jobs would have been lost then 50% jobs were safe. USA would not have shut down if 50% jobs would have been lost. Look at the serious world situation today. World money is exhausted.

Why are civilian people scared of the army? The Army people are honest, strong, intelligent, gentleman and well disciplined.Army people are excellent rulers. Think of Ancient kings who would fight in battlefields side by side with their army. Kings were basically "army rulers". Everybody was happy under the "kings's rule".

Army is for the people and by the people. Military/Army should join and side nations people in Nationwide Civilian Rebellion.

Government is servant and not owner. Government does not own the country and does not own its people. People/Citizens own the country and its money. President and prime minister are the CEO and politicians are the managers of the country. People/Citizens are the owners of the country. Owners can kick out or fire the CEO and managers anytime they want. Correct me if I am wrong?

When politicians are weak and helpless and they can not make rational decisions then citizens/people have to take over.

How many Americans are dying everyday because of high inflation and other problems from Obama administration's decisions. Some 2.5 million jobs have been lost since Obama took office. There are 45 million unemployed Americans. There is serious high inflation worldwide because of $9 Trillion bail-outs. Who is killing who?

doubt it..big army is one of the cause of current economic problems in US. army against gvt? common.. it's like cutting your own balls.
 
America is doomed unless we revert to adhering to Constitutional principles.

It will take a military coup....

1. Current politicos will not adhere to the Constituion

2. No civilian uprising could succeed if the military/civilian police side with the establishment.
