I just found IQ 47's mom, apparently she also works as a hotel clerk, I guess he aspires to be hotel clerk/meth addict just like her. Thats why he always seems to have peoples moms and crystal meth on his mind.

By the looks of it on the day we were signing in to our hotel she did way to much, she was tweaking pretty hard, all that meth seems to have rotted her teeth out. :(
