Migrate IBKR Mobile Authentication to a new phone

Hi All,
My IB Key is stucked in my old Sony Xperia as my attempt to migrate to a new handset has failed.
I installed IBKR Mobile on my new handset and use this like as a guide.

I can log in at step 1. But I could not find Migrate IB Key option in step 2.
I hope someone here has done it before can tell me what prior steps I have missed.

I called the Hong Kong IBKR help desk.
1. Uninstalled the IBKR Mobile App
2. Reinstalled the app and was able the access the Two Factor Authentication
From there, it's just a few steps entering user ID and password, key SMS code and IB Key code.
