Keep flying those mexican flags from the top of the fences there and on your tee shirts. Nothing screams wanting to be an American more than flying the Mexican flag while you are doing it.

Let's see now. Suppose I want to take my family to Australia and convince them that I am being persecuted in America and want nothing more than to be in Australia and that I am not trying to bring my American ways with me- I just want to live peacefully. Okay, so quick question for the tard morons here. When I arrive illegally in Australia would it help my cause more to: a) wrap myself in the American flag or b) wrap myself in the Australian flag? Nothing spells "assimilation" more than having some fuckers marching in your neighborhood flying a foreign flag while demanding legal residency. Yeh. that's winning strategy right there.

Idiots. The immigrants are being advised by American lefties who the migrants think are "in the know" in regard to all things American, when in fact they are only in the know about all things Cuban.

Just saw an update on the Clinton News Network. As you may know, CNN has been embedded with the "caravan" since the beginning offering them moral guidance and support and reporting daily to remind Americans what shits we are.

Now that they are at the border and the line is long the hispanic reporter brings out the big guns and reminds us that it is so difficult to stand and line not knowing when and if you are going to get in, especially BECAUSE SOME OF THE WOMEN ARE PREGNANT.

Most of you immediately see the kabuki dance here. Little American citizens coming right up after they are released for their hearing. Born in America = instant citizen= CHA-CHING! and more chain migration so as to not separate their family siblings from the American citizen. Of course the citizen could go to mexico to join their family but that is not how the dance works, is it?

The pubs have only a few short months left before the next election. In that time they could pass some legislation which the dems would not be able to overturn even if they take both houses unless they win at a veto-proof level. Too bad that the chances that they will move fast enough are slim.

Demtards should not get too excited though. He still has DACA as a bargaining chip and all these minor court decisions upholding some daca issues are only related to what Trump can eliminate before the court hears the full case. That's all. We may see the same thing on the muslim/travel ban. Trump loses all the attempts to take action before the final court hearing but it does not necessarily mean he will lose the underlying case when it reaches the full court. If you tards win a veto proof majority in the fall, dont worry about it. The operative word there is "if."

This is a roundabout way of saying that the republicans should let that little clown show at the border work to their advantage as far as convincing the people that the border games under the guise of amnesty need to end. 99.9% or more know they do not qualify for amnesty. They just want to be detained and then released into the community. also known as America. Maybe even crank out a couple citizens while they are here and not-appearing for their hearing.
 
If congress has any balls, and they do not, they would change citizenship legislation. We don't need to encourage anyone to come over, drop a kid, and give the kid citizenship. It's just stupid. Then again, congress is pretty much collectively stupid.
 
this used to happen in new zealand, Australia, Ireland and other desirable countries. It invited abuse- pregant women would come in on tourist visas.

So now if a baby is dropped in these countrirs he has no rights to citizenship unless his parents were citizens.
 
Why is it that open borders activists and dirtbag immigration lawyers can flock to the site of these invasions but we can't seem to get the National Guard or Border Patrol there to stop it?

Either Trump is serious about protecting the border or he isn't. So far, the evidence is he is more interested in talking crap than actually doing anything.

The answer is not pretty: Trump is following the law but the law is flucked up beyond belief.

The national guard and back-up border agents are nearby if the invaders tried to cross by fence-jumping etc. but if they are just queuing to apply for asylum then the half-arsed law says they have a right to entry and then release in the country while their hearing is pending (plus they get a work permit for that period) then they no-show for their hearing. Very, very, very few qualify for asylum and they know that and their "legal advisers" know that.

As I have repeatedly moaned about, the republicans have a questionable election coming up as all presidents do at midterm. Get your shit together and change the law while you can then the dems wont be able to change it unless they are above a veto level. Jesus H. How much more clear can it be to those idiots. Do the goddam deed and GIT ER DONE. Trump and Sessions can be and often are ding-dongs but they do not have much law on their side to work with in regard to ending this asylum con game.

Excuse my sacriligious French in places.

It is clear that if you can get in- even illegally- that a hearing is required to get you out unless you want to voluntarily leave.

In regard to the "right to entry" that is a far more complicated question. International law says it does, but American law is fuzzy and discretionary. Right as we speak, the Soros Legal Army is flooding the courts to do their thing. We know what the Nineth Circuit will do and, of course, the new way in jurisprudence now, is that if you can get just one district court loon to rule one way, it is binding on the rest of the country.

Anyway you come at it, american law needs to clean this mess up while the cleaning up is good- without regard to International Law. Only Americans - and no one else- should decide right of entry to this country.
