Find a neighborhood kid to get rid of all the preloaded and OS bloat. Even XP is bloated if you buy a new pc/ or flatten/reload. Dump Norton especially

I actually disabled the router and ran it directly to the modem the time was cut in half. So far this seems to be the problem. Perhaps I'll invest in a vista friendly router
