Microsoft buys opera ?

Cooltech zone is reporting that microsoft has bought Opera software. I hope it is not true as I prefer using opera and microsoft will run into the ground.

Microsoft has no reason to buy opera ... its no threat. The real threat - open source - cant be bought and that is the genius of the idea ......
