A normal person when they see something too good to be true will be suspicious of it. Then they will look at how the machines work and quickly see that the electronic vote will be reconciled with the paper tape and they won't reconcile.
It was never possible for the vote in that county to be released so far out of kilter as both records are reconciled before reporting the numbers according to a foremost expert in voting machines.
