No one is advocating persecution dopey. He's simply arguing that the state should not force or sponsor segregation OR integration. And he's right, it's non of the states business.
 
Freedom from theft and murder is included in the constitution. Wanting freedom of association and right of contract is not theft or murder. "Racism" is not theft or murder.

Most people desire social freedoms that they have no intention of using. Such as freedom of religion or freedom of the press or the right to bare arms, etc. Just because someone wants private people and entities to be able to do business with whom they choose, doesn't mean that I am "pro segregation", or that I necessarily would. Sorry, that accusation doesn't wash...

So, someone wanting freedom to exercise their own discretion and preferences is "racist"? Because I'd want to extend that freedom to all people of all races renders me "racist"? Hmmm, interesting definition...

I don't see that he's even trying to dopey.
He's simply advocating personal freedom and liberty. While you try (unsuccessfully) to argue for state mandated/forced integration, personal freedom/liberty be damned.
