Mann's work has never been independently verified. He has never handed over his data or code to anyone for verification.

When he sues people for claiming he is a fraud then at some point he will need to hand-over this information to make his case.

They are sourcing on another right wing source which is SPECULATING when they say 'Only possible outcome'

Was Mann legally obligated to hand over his data to court?

I obviously don't know the answers with 100% certainty.

But if the answer to the above questions is "yes", then is he or isn't he in contempt?

I don't know, where is your source for ANY of these claims? Have you seen the legal docs or does your source link to them?
