That comes to just over 1 Billion $'s before infrastructure/permits if you tear it all down and make it a sub-division.

Won’t happen, it’s protected from dividing the property, don’t you think Colony Capital or every other developer in the world thought of that?.. I think Webster and Bubbles the chimp are squatting in the main house.
