Michael Covel Says: Greed Is Good

And Thunderdog only for you (cause I like the real crazy ones), drop me an email and I will send you a free copy of my new film.

Thanks, but you had already offered me a copy of the turtle book a while back as well. And while that's very generous of you, I value my anonymity.

Nevertheless, crazies everywhere have taken note.

Greed is neither good nor bad - it's an emotion. Greed combined with hard work and perception will make you richer. Greed combined with stupidity generally won't.

If you want more than others - if you think you need a mansion and a private jet to live the way you really want to - then you have every right to pursue that as long as you obey the law. That's it - you are neither right nor wrong. That's the hallmark of a free society.

Only a socialist/fascist government will label your desires as abnormal and try to stop you. Government and achievement are generally opposing concepts.

Another interesting book written by Curtis M. Faith (one of the turtles) is: WAY of the TURTLE.
In my opinion it offers more practical insights about trendtrading.

The Complete Turtletrader is a fascinating story though.

Pick up the paperback edition of my book. The one with the Afterword. The Afterword is pretty clear about the experience of putting a book together about this group of people. Not easy.

Michael,

Not everyone can afford to buy your book.

Based on your research, can you give us a two or three FREE paragraphs here, discussing who is THE BEST turtle, in your opinion, and why.

I do think the turtle movement can serve as a role model for aspiring traders, but we really need to pipoint that one turtle, which should be the ultimate role model.

Otherwise, it's easy to get lost in the "turtle jungle", so to speak, because relevant traders have different styles, psychology etc

Thanks

Michael,

Not everyone can afford to buy your book. Most ETers are losing money on a regular basis, and the can't afford anything extra.

Not every one HAS THE TIME to buy AND READ(!!) every frigging book written by self promoting course salesmen, bloggers and financial punters here!!!!!
The fact that this guy responds to every question by "read my book" speaks volumes!!!!

Quote from Ash1972:

Are you suggesting there are posters on ET that can't afford $25 for a book?
