Michael Brown Autopsy Reports shows he didnt have his hands up at all

Eye witnesses say different. And they were there.

Why do righties always stick up for the police state... oh, wait, nm.
Oops. From the Washington Post: "But more than a half-dozen unnamed black witnesses have provided testimony to a St. Louis County grand jury that largely supports Wilson's account of events..."

Try not to confuse them with facts. Makes them sad.
Let's see db. We have autopsy reports and eye witness accounts that support officer Wilson's account that have been leaked by the grand jury. To what "facts" are you referring?

And we have the author of one of the autopsy reports stating that her remarks were taken out of context and conclusions drawn that were not necessarily supported by the data, in addition to conflicting eyewitness accounts. Those "facts"?

Face the "facts" db...there isn't any evidence contradicting your account that will sway your opinion on this matter. We witnessed the same thing wrt the Trayvon Martin case.

FWIW, Max E Pad made a very good point in another thread. There are numerous cases of clear cut police brutality, but for whatever reason, the race hustlers always seem to identify cases that are murky at best.

Many of us would still like to know why the multitude of "black on black" crime, even cases as outrageous as 5,6,7 year old children gunned down in cold blood on the south and west sides of Chicago don't warrant national media attention.

These cases happen multiple times a year and yourself and others with a similar mindset make nary a mention of them, but you jump all over any case involving "white on black" POTENTIAL malfeasance.

Face up to your agenda.

So let me make sure I understand this correctly. Holder and crew are upset that some details about the case got leaked, and this might sway opinion from their preconceived notion of a guilty cop? Wasn't it okay for Sharpton and most of the media to convict the cop, day one, lack of factual evidence be damned? I don't remember any complaints about Obama and Holder chiming in with their blatantly bias opinion while evidence was still being gathered? The entire administration and every leftist dem fanning the flames day and night? No problem with that. No problem at all swaying opinion towards the story line of a racist cop kills kid for no reason? But now they have a problem with someone leaking info that swings the pendulum the other way? Why am I not surprised at the hypocrisy of it all.

I agree, but we've been witness to this blatant hypocrisy for years now.

It goes back to my above point...they continue to screw things up by attaching their blatantly ridiculous agenda to flimsy cases, at best. It's as if they cannot see two steps ahead and jump all over themselves to score instant political points and count on the media to drop the story as a more comprehensive picture unfolds.

It's some of the most cynical bullshit that I've ever witnessed.

Eric Holder may pay them off. Since today it was announced he was "exasperated".

Holder "exasperated" about Ferguson investigation leaks

Maybe the headline should read Holder exasperated that the truth is coming out (since it doesn't meet his desired end result).

+1 -- well stated. Not sure who is worse .. Odumbo, Sharpton or Holder ... but clearly none have any credibility.
