Their statements were different ... so would you believe them? If so, which one to believe? Why discredit one and accept another. If the statements would have been consistent then maybe they're more believable. And again, why did none of the witnesses mention Brown entangled with Wilson in the police car?

Second, I am suggesting that based on skin color they may be less believable since they do account for a large disproportionate amount of incarcerated men.

Last, as we know, many blacks still feel persecuted and that whitey is the cause ... so they want 'revenge'.

LOL. We didn't need an autopsy to tell us this...just plain ole common sense. I'm telling you, when you grow up around blacks as I have, you know to call bullshit when stories like this arise. In cases such as these, blacks are almost always at fault and are always lying. Trayvon Martin, Eric Garner, and many other cases of this type should have proven that by now.

Eyewitness testimony typically differs. Brown's version may be tainted by his desire to protect his job and more.

Are they a disproportionate segment of the incarcerated because of the melanin content of their skin, or is that a secondary result of the very detectable (I refer to you) attitude they get from the majority race? (Is it melanin content period? Because in Calgary it is "browns" and "yellows" committing a disproportinate amount of crime.)

Speaking of presecution, most race threads here express "white" feelings of persecution and unfairness.

Brown's version? He's dead!

When a group of people represent 12-13% of the country and commit over 50% of serious violent crimes that's a 4:1 ratio that's out of proportion to what one would statistically expect. This is not my opinion .. these are numbers from the FBI and other validated sources.

Regarding my "attitude" ... try again. I deal with reality. 13 years of interfacing with high poverty kids and seeing test scores, grades, attitude, work ethic and I think I have a basis for my conclusions. Why sugar coat it? Why say "oh, 95% of them will go to college". The reality is plenty of them will repeat the same mistakes their parent(s) made no matter how many extra programs they are offered dealing with education and its importance.

Yes, Wilson's version, thank you.

The disproportionate commision of crimes is observed in the lower classes of other societies with high inequality. You can probably find it in all "white" towns where there is a lot of stratification--the poor have more violent, disfunctional lives. That's why I said here in Calgary it is the "browns" and "yellows" commiting disproportionately more crime.

So regarding your students, you're saying that their parents pass on failure. That's like what I'm saying, culture passes on failure (and success). Consider the Pygmalion/golem effect, or the brown eyed/blue eyed demonstration.

Ricter, at the very least as a self proclaimed pragmatist, would you not atleast admit that the left once again attached themselves to the wrong case in this scenario? I mean at best, for the left, its a questionable shooting, it sure as hell wasnt a cop going out trying to murder some random person for no reason. Why is it that they never manage to attach themselves to legitimate victims?

Like what about that guy who got choked to death in NYC for selling single cigarettes? I would have considered that a far more egregious example of cop abuse than this case. What about the guy below who got shot going for his ID? Why dont you guys find cases like that where the guy is blatantly innocent? Why does the left always blow the ones up where it is hard for any rational human being to make him into a victim?

You have to admit at the very least, the last two people that Sharpton and the grievance industry have chosen to represent were both questionable cases, where as something like this one below is obvious, why not wait for the real ones? Why do they have such a bad record of latching on to cases that blow up in their face?
