Michael Brown Autopsy Reports shows he didnt have his hands up at all

I have no clue as to WHY people want to refute forensic evidence, analysis done by someone thousands of miles away who has no bias, evidence of the victim's blood on the cop etc.

They want to refute it because it doesn't agree with their desired narrative. It's not surprising, even if it is quite obvious.

I am always a little sceptical when forensic scientists start claiming they can reconstruct what happened in a chaotic encounter. It seems to me that the forensic evidence equally would support a claim that Brown was attempting to go to his knees or the ground. He had plenty of experience with cops and would have known that was where they would put him.

I don't really blame the officer here, but I can also see some reason to question his account or his actions. After putting a couple of bullets center mass into a guy who was not shooting back, couldn't the officer have moved around his vehicle or out of the line of Brown's bull rush?

I am dead certain that if the officer had been a private individual, he would be charged. I have read of many cases where a person was assaulted and pulled a gun and killed someone and was charged and convicted. None of this condones the rioting, looting and lynch mob mentality, but we have seen too many cases where police overreact and use excessive force not to at least entertain that possibility.

Can you R - E - A - D?

The evidence is overwhelmingly saying there was aggression by Brown. Which part of that do you not understand?
Eye witnesses say different. And they were there.

Why do righties always stick up for the police state... oh, wait, nm.

And the witnesses are what race?

And the witnesses have different accounts of what happened.

And did these witnesses mention the thug in or at the cop car?

So HOW did his blood get on the car and cop?

Damn, they couldn't even coordinate their accounts to be the same ....

Seems reasonable.
