Actually, quite a lot has been proven according to the report. But you're lucky. You don't have to believe it if you don't want to.
I have no clue as to WHY people want to refute forensic evidence, analysis done by someone thousands of miles away who has no bias, evidence of the victim's blood on the cop etc.
If I saw a nearly 300 pound thug coming at me I'd likely shoot also. Darren Wilson looks like he weighs about half of that.
