This is crazy. Is it any wonder this country is falling from grace?

Racism, so long as it is against whites, is not only legal but required according to activist judges at a Federal Appeals court.

A federal appeals court has struck down Michigan's ban on the consideration of race and gender when enrolling students at public colleges and universities.

In a 2-1 decision Friday, the court said Michigan's Proposal 2 is unconstitutional because it burdens minorities. It was approved by voters in 2006.

Let the most qualified in. But also let in people from diverse regions so they may go back and lead their hometowns into the future.
 
The system still finds a way...

A friend was given a stack of resumes from which to pick out some for interview. One guy actually listed MEChA membership on his resume. While otherwise fully qualified the resume managed to find its way into the circular file.

Its really easy to find people these days who aren't militant racist affirmative action types. Plenty of good people need work so there just isn't a need to take a risk on someone questionable.
