I noticed you have a realtors lic.

Are you familiar with the seasonal rental market in the Boca area? This winter we are thinking of heading south for a couple of months.

Would you know what would a beach front condo go for, looking for a two month rental Jan and Feb? Even a condo in a high rise building is fine, as long it has open water views.

When I get into the office today I will check for you. However it is a bit early for other realtors to post rentals for next season.
But I will see if anything is listed as yet..

I am a former Wall Streeter and I trade markets from home now
(small). But I do have a Realtors lic. and do that almost full time.

I saw on TV a doc about the houses in Florida (i live in Belgium)


You can have a very big house with pool, 3 reception rooms, 2 bath rooms and 4 bed rooms for $150 000.

Is this really true??? I thought America was very expensive???

Who can you provide me a good website with houses for sale (preferable with pics)??
