Miami Dade Country raising property taxes due to Budget issues. How about yours??

about time..cause it's nonsense..it's also nonsense to pay a school tax for many,who doesn't have family or kids. wtf was that? why some single grandpa have to pay same amount as his neighbor from pakistan,who come to US with his 5-8 kids?

Until the criminal fraud between the democrats and public sector unions that has been going on for decades is finally undone and destroyed, expect more of this insanity. The good thing is that more and more people are seeing the insane compensation packages and are demanding it to stop.

The democrats and the unions have been riding this fraud for votes for too long and the truth is coming out with WI and now some towns in Cali.

the problem in most schools is not the actual teachers. but all the ancillary staff of administrators and layers of bureaucracy. overheads.

see this example.. this guy comes to Dallas ISD as the head., and brings his freind over from the colorado school and makes her salary jump. .holy moly.. 85K to 180K... communications!.. wow..!!!

Yup, I live in D. Been all over the news. The ISD Head is claiming she will save $100,000's in waste and for us taxpayers to judge her in 6months. So, we will see.

But yes, something like $0.80 on the dollar is spent for non-teacher's. All the fluff up top.

but..i have to add-cars on the roads are all brand new and traffic is damn heavy 24/7 in my area. my 12 years old car is probably oldest in whole entire neighborhood. i remember back in 90's most of middle class have 10+ years old cars and it was normal.
