This is in the miami design district. I will use it for meetings, mentoring, etc. Definitely not suitable for anyone.
Don't get me wrong, it is a beautiful space, but I would rather rent a space with dual 24 inch screens, T1 lines, and not have to lug my laptop around, and pay $250.
What is the point here, I can trade at any internet cafe on wifi with my laptop for free?
Nobody is going to pay you $250 for WIFI and coffee, sorry, I wish you luck filling your space.
This is a professional environment, for people that may need to meet with clients. I have a home office but I would not bring associates to my home or starbucks or donut shop. This facility has redundant t1, wifi, meeting rooms, white boards, gym etc. Check my other posts for my workstation setup.
