February 22, 2006 $31,000, February 22, 2007 $115,000. Was seriously thinking about bidding on one three weaks ago in the low $70,000's. 50% in three weeks, sh%t!

Investment bankers must be working orvertime, go public or sell out to the CBOT?

Damm, so the mgex seat price sells for the same price of a seat on the AMEX.

Mgex seats sell for $135,000 this week, up 400% in one year. Grains have peaked I believe.

Back in 1996 when I was looking @ trading their I think that it cost about $30 or $40 a month to lease a seat there and you could buy one for under $7500. Pretty crazy.
