I signed up at www.congress.org was able to write all 4 of my federal representatives and 3 of my state representatives with a couple of clicks of the mouse.

Simple to register, easy to email everyone at my total displeasure, at least I'm trying to keep heat on the situation, we need a resolution.

For evil to suceeed, good men need to stand still. I'm not taking any of this sitting idle, I'm mad as hell and I'm not taking this anymore! Yeah, I know that sounds corny but it's the truth, maybe that one letter will be the straw on the camels back, who knows, but allot of letters will get someones attention.

I've met alot of traders at conventions, seminars, cources. I could not feel good about myself unless I knew that I contributing towards the benefit of those that I care about, That's the part of belonging to a community, supporting each other in ways that we each can and I feel strongly about that.

Here's the letter I wrote.

Good morning,

I voted for you, met you on occasion, you represent me, I need some assistance.

I had my segregated funds for my commodity trading account at MF Global Brokerage illegally comingled with those of MF Global parent company which went bankrupt and all of us client/ traders now face a loss in funds which should have been protected and safe.

I feel that the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Securities Investor Protection Corporation and all three credit rating agencies Standard & Poor’s, Moody’s Investors Service and Fitch Ratings all failed miserably in protecting us from MF Global stealing funds out of our segregated accounts.

I ask that you contact Senator Pat Roberts of Kansas, Representative Michael Capuano of Massachusetts prior to the hearings next month and let them know that I want justice and restoration in full. I also feel that the appointment of Trustee James Gidden's represents a conflict of interest and he does not necessarily have the welfare of the segregated account holders at best interest.

Please take a moment, contact Senator Pat Roberts of Kansas, Representative Michael Capuano of Massachusetts as this may have an effect on the outcome for one of your constituents and many other segregated account holders.

Like I said, don't know if it'll do any good, I'm not letting any of my fellow traders down without swinging with what I've got.
